MorningStar Senior Living, Las Vegas, NV | SR Construction | 283,000 SF

Located in the heart of Summerlin, MorningStar Senior Living at The Canyons is a four-story, 283,000-square-foot senior living community offering 168 suites within a luxurious, hospitality-inspired environment. Developed in partnership with Confluent Senior Living, the community provides a full continuum of care – including 95 independent living residences, 49 assisted living suites, and 24 memory care suites – allowing residents to comfortably age in place.

Designed to reflect the beauty of the surrounding desert landscape, the community features resort-style amenities such as restaurant-style dining, a heated outdoor pool and spa, fitness and wellness studios, a salon and spa, rooftop terraces, and multiple lounges for social connection and relaxation. Residents enjoy chef-prepared meals, enriching activities, and personalized care supported by MorningStar’s mission “to honor, to value, to invest” in the lives of seniors.

Otonomus, Las Vegas, NV | Rafael Construction | 540,000 SF

Otonomus is set to redefine the hospitality landscape. Nestled just a seven-minute drive from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, this innovative 4-5 story hotel boasts approximately 303 rooms, each designed to cater to the guests every need. Designed with the modern traveler in mind, Otonomus goes beyond traditional accommodations, offering a fully personalized experience that adapts to their lifestyle. Residence Inn, Henderson NV | Nigro Construction | 79,740 SF

This four-story, 115-suite extended-stay hotel is located on St. Rose Parkway within The Place at Seven Hills commercial corridor. The Residence Inn by Marriott opened in 2019 and provides a modern lodging option serving Henderson’s expanding business and medical districts. Each suite includes a full kitchen, separate living and sleeping areas, and contemporary furnishings designed for both short- and long-term guests. Amenities include complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool with lounge and fire-pit area, a fitness center, and meeting space. The hotel is pet-friendly and offers on-site parking. Strategically situated near retail, dining, and major employers, the Residence Inn contributes to the area’s growth as a vibrant live-work-stay destination in Southern Nevada.

Showboat Park Apartments, Las Vegas, NV | Bentar Development | 378,031 SF

Showboat Park Apartments is a modern multi-family residential development located at 2800 Fremont Street in Las Vegas, Nevada, redeveloping the historic former Showboat Hotel & Casino site. The project consists of approximately 344 apartment units across multiple residential buildings, totaling approximately 378,031 square feet of gross building area. Designed as a high-quality workforce and market-rate housing community, the development features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences along with a comprehensive amenity program, including a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness and yoga facilities, sports courts, outdoor gathering spaces, and landscaped open areas that support community-focused living in downtown Las Vegas. 

Civica Charter School, North Las Vegas, NV | Nevada General Construction | 94,000 SF

Rafael Framers completed the new construction of CIVICA Charter School, a 94,000 SF, three-story public charter facility located in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Developed in partnership with Academica Nevada and CIVICA Management, this state-of-the-art educational campus serves grades K–12 and was designed to foster academic excellence, innovation, and community involvement.

The facility includes more than 50 classrooms, administrative offices, science and technology labs, a full-size gymnasium, multipurpose spaces, and outdoor recreational areas. The school was built with a focus on quality craftsmanship, energy efficiency, and flexibility to support a range of educational programs and future growth.

Throughout construction, Rafael Framers provided expert structural framing and coordination to ensure precision, durability, and adherence to schedule and budget. Close collaboration with project stakeholders helped achieve an efficient build that supports long-term performance and value.

The Bend, Las Vegas, NV | Dapper Companies | 113,000 SF

This Class “A” retail development is located on West Sunset Rd. just west of Durango, directly across from IKEA. The Bend is comprised of seven retail buildings, totaling approximately 113,000 SF and will become a premier dining and shopping experience in Southwest Las Vegas. The project encompasses in two phases. Phase 1 will feature retail and restaurant spaces available for lease, and Phase 2 will consist of office space, in addition to restaurant and retail. Phase 2 will also include Electric Pickle as its anchor tenant (including nine pickleball courts, a two-story restaurant with a patio and rooftop bar, three bars and a lawn for live music, yoga classes and other group gatherings).

Wildfire Casino, Las Vegas, NV | Bentar Development | 21,000 SF

Located on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas, the new Wildfire Casino encompasses approximately 21,000 square feet and delivers a modern neighborhood-casino experience. The single-story venue features over 200 of the latest slot and video-poker machines, a full-service STN Sportsbook, and multiple dining options including IHOP, Tacos El Pastor, and Wildfire’s signature 24-hour café and bar. Designed to create an energetic yet comfortable atmosphere, the property reflects Station Casinos’ continued investment in the local market, catering to residents and visitors seeking a convenient entertainment destination. Ample surface parking and easy access from Charleston Boulevard and the downtown corridor make Wildfire Casino a vibrant addition to the revitalized Las Vegas community.

Boulder City Railroad Museum, Boulder City, NV | Rafael Construction | 9,000 SF

Nevada State Railroad Museum  Boulder City is a heritage railroad museum located in Boulder City, Nevada, dedicated to preserving and interpreting Southern Nevada’s railroad history, most notably the Boulder City Branch Line, constructed in 1931 to support the building of Hoover Dam. The museum features an outdoor rail yard with historic locomotives, passenger cars, cabooses, and rail equipment, allowing visitors to walk through and experience vintage rolling stock up close. A highlight of the museum is its scenic excursion train rides, which operate primarily on weekends and travel along a portion of the original branch line, offering a roughly 40-minute round-trip journey through the Mojave Desert landscape. In addition to regular excursions, the museum hosts special themed rides throughout the year – such as holiday and family-focused events providing an immersive, hands-on railroad experience for visitors of all ages.
